We breed the best in Brangus beef genetics to ensure a flavorful, tender and well marbled beef product that you will be proud to serve your family and friends.

Quarter beef is approx. 215 pounds hanging weight and an estimated 110 pounds of physical beef. 

*A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your Quarter Beef Share.

Steaks are standard cut 1" thick and ground beef packs are 2 lbs.
