Whole Brangus® Beef

Fill your freezer with delicious Brangus® steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your friends and family! For this product, we will provide a standard, butcher's premium variety of cuts. 

Approximately 850 lb hanging weight. Enjoy delicious butcher's premium cuts, approximately 1/2 of your meat will be ground and stew, 1/4 will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.) and 1/4 will be steaks (sirloin, prime / rib, T-bone, filet mignon, tenderloin etc.)

Your beef will dry age for 14 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3 weeks after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Steaks are cut 1" thick and ground beef packs are 2 lbs. Organs are not included unless requested. Customization options are be available on whole beef purchases, please inquire.
